Windows Keeps Freezing Up And Slow To Start

Hello and welcome to the forum.
You need to share some specs on your machine, in as much detail as possible, so perhaps someone with a similar setup might be able to provide some suggestions.
IN the mean time clean boot the system and see if that helps......

Easily done, easily undone.
Basically you're just disabling all the Startup Items and All non-Microsoft services.
Be sure to check the box to hide Microsoft Services, as you don't want to accidentally disable any of those.
