Windows is stuck on loading animation

Well, I accidentally (not really) changed the string "ICoreWindowComponentInterop" on Windows.UI.dll file. PC is stuck on the loading screen and I'm desesperate. Help, please.

Boot from the installation media and see if a system restore to a point in time prior to that "accident", will help
