Windows Installer issue

Recently I purchased a new laptop and transferred my old computer (8.1) to the new using Zinstall. Each time I power on I get two different "error" notices that Windows Installer can't find a file of some type. The programs that it appears to apply to seem to be working OK. Any suggestions?

Look through the list of startup programs... in W10 the list is in Task Manager I don't know where in W8.1... and see what thinks it is failing.

Couldn't find anything that stated it had "failed".
