Hi Trouble. I have the same problem on my Windows 10. I did as you suggested, but it didn't succeed. I downloaded it to my desktop as it aid to do. Then I double clicked it and nothing happened. I also tried to install as administrator and nothing happened. Any more suggestions for me. Ken.
