Windows cannot find bicvbsct.exe

Windows throws me the following error frequently. Can someone help me fix this?

Windows cannot find "C:\Users\Naren\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\tdvfcdeg\bicvbsct.exe"

Download Autoruns.

Unzip the files, find "autoruns.exe" in File Explorer, right-click and select "Run as administrator". When the program starts, click on "Scheduled Tasks" and look for any yellow lines. If you find one, click once on it and see if the information at the bottom matches the popup you are seeing. If it does, uncheck or delete the line.
