Windows 7 upgrade to windows 10

Why won't my computer upgrade from windows 7 to windows10

windows 10 has downloaded to my windows 7 computer but i cannot get the computer to recognize that windows 10 is there

But usually a Download is followed by an Installation, did it do that? Go back to Settings, Update and Security and see if it completes or maybe starts over.
