Windows 10, Version 1903 update will not install.

My computer keeps failing to install the latest update from Windows 10, so can anyone tell me how to delete this update which has loaded onto the computer, but is now waiting to be installed?

I had the same problem but solved the installation issue by downloading the Windows Update Assistant. It's an .exe file from Microsoft that performs all the steps needed to install 1903 and any other recent updates. From beginning to end, the process took about 2 hours on my desktop.
