Windows 10 user profile mixup

I hope someone can help me fix this. My wife wanted her own admin user account on my pc. When she created it, it took over my user settings and my user profile disappeared. No idea what she did or how this occurred. I can't figure out how to take back my user profile settings. We created a new user account for me but all my settings are at their factory settings and all my apps and pins are not there. Is there a way to take my user settings back or at least clone them to my new account?

Assuming that she created a Microsoft Account which "took over" your former local account you should be able to log on with her account and then switch it back to "A local account instead"

Thank you, but unfortunately I tried that and I still cant take back the profile settings. Its still forces me into a base user setting. My user settings are still under her login even though i moved her to a local account.
