windows 10 upgraded from 7 different than that from 8.1

My computer that was upgraded from windows 7 behaves different than the ones that were upgraded from 8.1. My Netflix refuses to downstream on the prior 7. My Infinity DVR playback online is choppy on the prior 7 but OK on the others. Any suggestions? Thanks. On the other hand, YouTube and TED talks work fine. Why the difference
