Windows 10 - Some tiles in Start Menu and icon that pin in Task Bar are gone

Hi, I have Windows 10 Pro Edition with Version 10.0.10586, lately I am working on my Desktop and everything's fine, after shutting down and opening my desktop later, some of application such as Microsoft Edge, Store, etc that was pin on my Task Bar are gone, now I only have the Google Chrome and File Explorer in my task bar. Also all of my installed application that was pin in my Start Menu was gone except the default tiles. I can't tell if the settings was reset because my Desktop background was not change, also the files are in the location where i put them. Also I realized that during boot something's not right. The loading icon is blinking and and it takes time to boot. Anyone has this problem before?
