Hi everyone,
I had a same problem with my laptop, I tried everything and I found a solution, so maybe it will help you up.
Follow this easy steps:
- U need to put your computer to sleep like this: Start Menu->Power->Sleep (don't press the power button to put your computer to sleep or pressing the Fn+f1 (which is in my case) for sleeping) .
- Your computer should now go in sleep mode, so after resuming it from sleeping you can now use your shortcuts to put it in sleep mode(power button on your laptop or Fn+f....)
After the first time when i tried it helped me, and now I don't have any problems with that. So, I hopefully think that it will help u too to resolve this issue.
