Windows 10 Setting screen pops open on it's own

Hi
I am working on a windows 10 image and for some reason the Windows Settings screen will just open out of the blue on it's own. I do not even have to be using the machine at the time.
I am not sure if there is something in the Group Policy that may be causing this as we saw a similar issue with the Windows store. We disabled the Windows store to get around that issue but that is not an option for settings.
