Windows 10 RSAT Uninstalled after update.

Hello,

Recently, during a lengthy update, Windows 10 RSAT was uninstalled. I researched Microsoft forums and this is something that takes place after every major update.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening so I don't have to re-install RSAT after each update? Is there a reason that is uninstalled after each update?
