Windows 10 recovery problems

Hello!

I dual-booted my Packard Bell Easynote ENTG71BM (preinstalled with Windows 8.1) with Windows 10. After the horrible mistake of installing an incompatible (Yosemite) transformation pack, when I boot Windows 10 it shows just a black screen (after selecting W10 from boot menu) and sometimes the cursor.

I said, fine, System Restore, but from recovery, it sais that I don't have any Admin account. AT ANYTHING (CMD, REFRESH, ETC)

Please help!

P.S. Reinstalling as the ultimate solution please!

P.P.S. From W8.1 install iso on a usb, I entered System Restore of W10 and it said that there were no restore points.
