SOLVED Windows 10 Internet problem please help

I cannot connect to the Internet because I need a network security key I have no idea what happened and really need help

So I did reset the password but now it just states "couldn't connect to network"

This issue is occurring on what:

• Desktop
• Laptop
• Surface pro
• Something else?

What brand of Router are you using?

I just figured out how to solve it

So would you care to share that with the forum?

• Did you get your routers default security off the label they stuck on the underside?
• Was your router Windows Connect Now (WCN) compliant and you discovered you could connect without the need for a Security Certificate?
• Some other way?
