Noticed my thumb drives weren't reading. Device manager says USB mass storage couldn't start.(error 10). Made sure all drivers were up to date, still nothing. Related to preview?

I had no issues with thumb drives, (error 10) usually indicates the machine thinks the usb is inserted when not. so remove all USB (and attached USB Drives. Shutdown, (not a restart). then Start, when full up insert the USB drives again, and make sure the DRIVE letter shows.
if not Manage and add a drive letter. Generally noted on INTEL Systems.
