Windows 10 in German

I live in Germany, but my native language is English.
I have bought my computer in Germany with Windows 10 English version installed.
Much of the Window 10 info is in German.
How do I default to English?

Unfortunately I don't have any personal knowledge regarding effecting this change to your system, but....

To which info are you referring?
I am English, living in Denmark. I have Windows 10 English edition installed.Any "info" I get, is my choice.

Possibly you are referring to links. Etc.
In the Settings - Time and Language - Region and Language I have both the shown items as
Country - UK and Languages - English (United Kingdom)

Rotating between the different English language variations several times finally corrected my problem.
