Windows 10 hello problem

I have a new laptop that asks me to login with my pin on the Hello page but no dialogue box appears so I cannot find how or where to enter my pin, so how do I proceed because I cannot access the settings ap to adjust my pin. My fingerprint login failed after several attempts which is why I need to do a pin login.

Have you tried entering your pin without the box & clicking enter?
Try clicking enter anyway to see if a box appears.
Try Ctrl, Alt & Del together that sometimes works.

Thanks for the suggestions. The methods you suggested did not work, and eventually after some time (probably after a time out) I received a request for my password rather than my pin, and this did offer a dialogue box so I was able to get into my laptop. I have since set up another user with a different fingerprint login to try o avoid this problem in the future. The absence of a dialogue box when a pin is requested is obviously a bug in Windows 10 which I hope the operators will fix.
