Windows 10 Flashplayer not working

Unable to play my videos from my CD drive. Have made sure that Flashplayer is turned on.

Are you getting any error message when trying? I only use Adobe Flashplayer with Web sites, prefer VLC/Video LAN for videos either downloaded or movie DVDs.

No. Was able to fix this problem after someone did send me a message, Unfortunately I did not save the message, Can only remember that I opened the video that I wanted to play from my CD drive, Right hand clicked. Settings and then tick acceleration or some thing like that and it seemed to fix the problem. This is annoying I am learning Photoshop techniques and now I have come to a grinding stop,
