Windows 10 embeded video green screen

Is there any solutions for youtube green screen. I tried right clicking the video and selecting settings. It doesn't give me the option to uncheck graphic program hardware acceleration. After my windows 10 upgrade my flash player is no longer in the control panel add remove programs. So I am not sure how to uninstall the software. I was able to fix the video play back issue in windows 7 by downloading Java and the Adobe flash player and enabling the IE 11 plug in. Also I couldn't get chrome youtube to work on this laptop when I was using windows 7. Upgraded to windows 10 and the problem came back. I don't have any solutions.
