Windows 10 downloads but doesn't verify

First, I lost my Windows 10 app on my laptop so I went into Microsoft to download. The download happens 100% but when it is verifying an error message comes up saying "Something Happened" and that is the end of the download and Windows 10 is not installed. I've tried several times with the same result.
