Windows 10 computer turns off and on constantly

Did Windows 10 update 2 days ago and it's been fine , last night I updated iTunes. This morning now when the computer is on the screen turns off for a second and it tries to load again. Doesn't stay on long enough to even press the start button. Should I restore system? If so, how?? Can't access anything as it keeps turning on and off. Thanks
