Hi, I have a dell XPS 13' laptop, I have had it for 6 months or less. I have PIN code set up on my laptop, recently I don't know why maybe it was an update. But my laptop has changed to Pin to an unknown password. I need to fix this quickly and i really don't want to reformat the OS. Please help, if it is tedious i can communicate over Skype. If not put instructions below, thanks.

Hi Mylan,
On your login page do you see anything like this?
You may only see the white text Sign-in options. If you click that you ought to then see those two icons beneath it.
The one on the left I stuck a red box around, if you click that, you'll have the option to use your PIN to login with.
