SOLVED Windows 10 can't find my USB hub

Windows 10 can't find my USB hub (F4U017). Device manager shows driver SXUPTP.SYS has a problem and has blocked it. I can't find an upgrade. Help!

Thanks for the reply. Your suggestion didn't work. BTW, I have a Dell Inspiron 580 with an intel i5 quad core.

How was this solved? I have the same issue. You said remostalin's suggestion didn't work, so I haven't tried it yet.

P.S.
I had to delete the driver, which is under the uninstall.
