Windows 10 built in administrator removal

so ive been using this acer laptop with windows 10 installed for a while without signing in with a Microsoft account , and today my friend logged on with his Microsoft account and that account had become this laptops BUILT IN ADMINISTRATOR account and i cant log back in with my old password , those two accounts somehow has synced. i want to figure out a way to remove my friends account from my laptop and have my Microsoft account as the built in administrator account,
any help guys ?

currently my friend and i compromised and he changed his password so that i can log into my computer till i get this fixed.

my current user account is not shown in the other section. sadly

 

[Trouble]

I assume that the MS account has usurped your local account.
This might be confirmed if all your previous files and folder containing your profile remain the same (your pictures, docs and music remain unchanged and still accessable with the MS Account).
IF so then you might want to switch it back
