windows 10 build query

I have received and successfully installed update kb3105213 on my windows 10 pro but my build says I am at build 10240 and not 10586 I thought it would be after November update, is this correct should I still be at build 10240

10586 is an Insider Preview Build the Public release is
Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.3)
Why some people seem to be getting it while others do not is a mystery (at least to me)
If you can't wait until the Rollout catches up to everyone you can get the ISO from here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
Just double click it (mount it) and run setup.exe to perform the in-place upgrade.
