Windows 10 Build 10061 - Surface Pro 3. Secure Boot Problems

I have Windows 10 Build 10061 on both my HP Laptop and my Surface Pro 3. Overall I love it. But having a problem on the surface pro 3. I can no longer swipe the lock screen to get to the password box. I have to either hold the windows button then push power or hit ctrl+atl+del to get there. The Check box for "Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Del" is unchecked on the user account page. What else shoud I do? Or is this just a problem with 10?

It is a known bug. MS is aware of it.
I have a non-touch laptop and I ran into that situation once a while too.
All those bugs will get fixed eventually....... maybe.
