Windows 10 Booting: Low Battery Booting problem

I have a Surface Pro 3. After the systems shuts down from a low battery it doesn't restart properly after I charge it. After plugging the charger and reaching the Lock screen, I enter my password. But, the system shuts down when the desktop loads. This continues for several times before the i can load and work on the laptop.
