The Windows 10 22H2 security update [KB5034441] failed to install with error code 0x80070643. I managed to resolve this issue by reinstalling Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool, which took approximately 5 hours. Surprisingly, the security update that had been causing problems downloaded successfully on the second attempt. Over the past two days, I've been regularly checking for updates to confirm if the issue is resolved, and it now appears in the control panel as downloaded. I want to express my gratitude to the person who suggested this fix. It's worth mentioning that I didn't perform a clean install; I retained my files and apps.
