Download via Upgrade assistant (although it still says May 2019) or Media Creation Tool as usual from here:

For those that are on April 2019 Update, the feature update to 1909 is offered through Windows Update which took less than 15 minutes to update from download to install and twice restarted and ends up with build 18363.476.

The ISO created with the MCT starts at build 18363.418 however the CU KB4524570 (manual download via Update catalog) will change the build to 18363.476

All went well through the normal update procedure. As with Grizzly, excluding download and restart time, about 15 minutes.
Tried a few internet sites checked mail and played solitaire. So far, no glitches.
Just noticed this in the start menu. I do have an HP on the network, which could well be the reason. Anyone else??

Ok. It looks like it might be unique , as the update finds unwanted and redundant software?? Just updated my wife's computer and it does not have the above, but does have something new "Plex". Just about to investigate.

I have a HP on my network as well but do not have that app.
BTW: Plex is a media server for streaming Video and Audio over LAN (e.g. if you want to see the media on your TV).

Just did my Windows 10 1909 November Update via Windows update and all went well and all appears to be working without problems and as Grizzly mentioned in post # 1 around 15 minutes start to finish.

I updated two machines to 1909 from 1903 which took around 15 minutes. Then I updated a machine from 1809 to 1903, then used windows update to complete the update to 1909. It only took about two hours to update and download completely. I still have a few machines needing updating. At this point I think it would take longer for me to download the 1909 ISO. I'm going to update the others to 1903 and then use windows update.
