SOLVED Window10 update changes

Every time windows 10 updates, it changes my privacy settings..i/e allows feedback hub access to my folders / battery power and turns off Num Lock after it boots. Now I've changed the others back again for the moment, but Num Lock won't stay on.

IF the NumLock is Enabled in the BIOS it may be necessary for a Registry change to return the NumLock State to how it existed at shutdown. Information on a link from another forum:
