Window Shop issues

I remvoed basic application "Move and TV" becous it didnt work properly. I was going to reinstall it wtih windowshop, but - it will not download it - stop with error (80073cf9) every time @ around 0.3 MB.
I already tried msot fiexs:
-disableing firewall and antivirus
-reseting cashe
-renameing
C:\Windows\AUInstallAgent
C:\Windows\AppReadiness
- file scan
-reeting service
- (n general)
net stop wuauserv
rename c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.OLD
net start wuauserv

None worked
