Win10 Tiles won't show the app image?

I upgraded to windows 10 on two different computers, one went great. The other will only show the default tile image in start menu. No real "app image icon" i'm attaching a photo to further explain my meaning, all my adobe program icons showed up in windows 8 start tiles, but the new windows 10 won't show anything for an image. There are many more programs that are doing this also.
