Win10 Mail

Recovering from computer melt down,
need to bring in Contacts into win10 mail, it is still defying my efforts
any ideas?

need to bring in Contacts into win10 mail

"Contacts" are now the "People" app and while not obviously present in the "Mail" app, are integrated, in that when you compose a new mail and begin typing the TO: receipient should auto complete based on the contents of the "People" app.
