SOLVED WIN 10 2004 error in action center

new version running fine but I have a action center notice keeps popping up this is what is says
Intel octane tm memory pinning unable to load dll
iastorafsserviceviceapi.dll
specified module could not be found
exception from HRESULT 0X8
other then trying to fix on my own and really messing things up how do I fix this ?

went to intel they told me how to fix threw control panel repair software then remove threw device manager , so far so good may be back if any further problem .
