WiFi signal keeps dropping until I reconnect

My WiFi signal gradually gets weaker until cant be used and I have to reconnect to fix it. This happens on both Windows 10 and 11, but never on Linux or my mobile devices using the same network. It doesn’t seem to be an issue when I’m downloading large files, like a Steam game. I’ve already tried resetting the network.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
