Welcome aboard, Asher.

I don't know what you've tried, but go to Settings and select the Network and Internet section. Make sure that you have selected the correct one. You'll have to use the menu on the left side of the screen to check.

If you have a laptop, find the key with the picture of an antenna broadcasting. It is probably F3. Press that and Fn at the same time to make sure that you didn't accidentally turn your Wi-Fi off. And then don't forget to turn it back on again if that isn't the problem.

It seems like this question might be better addressed to your Internet Service Provider.
IF you are using one of their broadband modems or a smart phone to create a hotspot for your other devices, then you might want to ask them how your device might be impacted in terms of connectivity with respect to your specific data plan and how...... IF in fact your are "roaming" your ability to browse the internet might be affected.

Typically if you get something that says "limited" then you are not receiving a complete DHCP schema from the device responsible for providing that information.
Likely you are missing either a default gateway or proper DNS server addresses or both.

If the router is not working when the IP address is provided in the web browser, people can check for the following things. They have to check if the IP address of the device is typed properly. They have to ensure that they have not typed o for 0 and I or 1. Next, they have to check if their computer firewall prevents the device accessing to the site. Whether it is a wireless or wired router, ensure all the connections are done properly. If it is a wired router, check the cables connecting the router and devices. If it is a wireless router, ensure the device is connected to the wireless network connection. They can reset their computer and local area connection to fix the problem. If everything is ok, but they fail in getting access to the admin page, the problem is with the router. For this they have to reset the router to its default settings to avoid connection problems as well as other issues that prevent the access to router’s administrative console page.
