SOLVED WIFI button won't activate.

The wifi button on a laptop won't activate. It stays grey. It does see the network however. Any suggestions? Thank you!

You don't have some key combination on your system which turns off Wireless?

Have you checked the device manager to see if the Wireless Network adapter is working?

If it sees the Network are there any symbols on the adapter icon on the TaskBar?

Yep that was it. There is a switch on the side. I did not know that switch existed. But my son did and he tough it was on.
