My WiFi driver on my Asus ROG G512LI - HN086T laptop, specifically the Intel(R) Wi-Fi AX201 160Mz driver, intermittently disappears, as indicated by an exclamation mark in the device manager. Additionally, the Bluetooth driver is also malfunctioning.
I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including restarting the laptop, power flushing, disabling and enabling the driver through Command Prompt. Despite updating the driver from Windows Update, the issue persists. Furthermore, there is a Windows recovery update that consistently fails to install and shows an error.
Could you please assist me in resolving this persistent issue with the drivers? Should I reinstall the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers downloaded directly from the Intel website, or would it be better to obtain them from the Asus website?
