As the message says, the license will expire soon, that is why it still says in the settings that it is activated. Where did you get the license, is it OEM or a retail license??
As far as I know.... there is no common consumer version of a Windows 10 license that ever expires. I'm pretty sure that it is perpetual, given you make sure that you perform updates as available and that you are running the latest version.
There may be some obscure Volume License as part of some Software Assurance Program that may have an expiration date based on some contractual agreement
AND
Of course all Insider Preview versions have an expiration date while they are in process.
