Whyi s this happening

THING HAPPENED I THINK IT MAY HAVE BEEN N UPDATE THE LATEST MICROSOFT UPDATE. WHEN I CLICK ON A LINK IT DOES COME UP BUT THERE IS SOMETHING BEHIND IT LIKE FOR INSTANCE WHEN I CLICK ON CONTROL PANEL WHAT COME UP IS THE CONTROL PANEL AND WHAT I I CLICK ON ILL HAVE TO SHOW YOU WHAT I MEAN AND IT DOES IT ON EVERYTHING WITH A LIST i WILL TRY AND SEND IT seew hat i mean when i cloick on this i get this and it does it on everything i do with detail and a list
