when i want to download minecraft windows 10 edition i can't download it because

Why???? Because you don't say anything about your 'device' it's hard to say what the problem is. The first thing with Windows is to check your System specs to see if it meets the System Requirements for the program/games you wish to use, they all publish that information. For Win10 right-click the Start button then click System.
