Why is Windows prompting me for a password?

After sending my laptop for repairs due to an issue, I received it back today and had to sign in to all my accounts again, which wasn't a problem. However, I realized that I wasn't logged into my Windows account, so I attempted to sign in through settings. Providing my email and Google password went smoothly but then it asked for a Windows password. I don't have one as I haven't logged into Windows yet. I tried using the previous password, but it didn't work. I received a message to contact my administrator, but this is a personal account and I don't have an administrator. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

Not the same thing, but Windows just locked me out of an update. My p/w doesn't work. I'm furious.

And I can't even post a thread on here.
