SOLVED Why do folders continually appear in my 'quick access' section of File Manager?

I am relatively new to Windows 10. Why do folders continually appear in my 'quick access' section of File Manager when I don't put them there? I do know how to place folders in the 'quick access' section, and I know how to remove folders from the quick access section. However, there are many folders that are appearing in the 'quick access' section that I have not placed there on my own. Obviously there is something I am doing to make the folders appear in the 'quick access' section, but I don't know what it is. Can anyone provide any insight?

I'm pretty sure that if they seem to be magically appearing then this probably has something to do with it
