Why Can't I Customize Win Explorer Column Headings

Am I the only 1 on the planet that is sick to death of dealing with the same stupid column headings that have been there since Win 3 thirty-five years ago? I'm a musician that constantly uses ANY headings but the ones that Mr. Gates forces me to use, and after DECADES they STILL haven't upgraded that feature. And of course, with this generation, there's never any Customer Service ph. # to call.
