Why Am I Getting Notifications About My Domain Firewall Being Off?

In Windows Security under Firewall & network protection, there are three firewalls: one for Domain networks, one for Private networks, and one for Public networks. My machine has never been part of a domain, so I turned off the Domain firewall.

However, I keep receiving notifications stating that "my firewall is off," prompting me to turn it back on. Why is this happening?

you can turn off those notifications. go to "Firewall notification settings", then "Manage notifications". scroll down and uncheck "domain firewall".
that should do the trick
