Where can I get : Windows Movie Maker 2012 16.4.3528.0331

My prior version of WIN 10 had movie maker with a recent reinstall I no longer have it , is there a place to download it safely ? I am only wanting to shorten the video time nothing special with effects or such. I have tried using this :> Photos app includes the ability to create and edit videos < can not make sense of it what so ever...
