When windows start everything has been changed!

Hello Everybody, i need help. i am using windows 10 pro. i face simple problem. my problem when PC start everything has been changed. that means before shutdown my PC my desktop icon are small, inside the folder all item view in list. but when pc start everything has been changed! desktop icon are big, folder view list changed to details. how can i changed it. i have attach screenshot.

I've tried it and rebooted an no more left leaning icons (sounds political) and all came back as I left them as well as "small".
