SOLVED When backing up an iPhone an error occurs when trying to backup photos and videos

When trying to backup the photos and videos to my computer, an error occurs. Apple Support says it is a Windows 10 problem.

are you using any 3rd party apps to save your pics?, do you have any Apple software installed?, what type of connection are you using?, cable, bluetooth?.
