What happens to Windows Compatibility Center ?

I used to have a shortcut of Windows Compatibility Center for Windows 10.
I entered a product and it would tell me if it was compatible or not.

I lost the shortcut during Clean Install and now when I googled for it, I only found this......
So, How do I get access to the Center ?
